Nos dias 07, 08 e 09 de agosto o DAS receberá a visita do Prof. Konstantinos Ampountolas, da Universidade de Glasgow. No dia 08  de agosto do Prof. Konstantinos fará uma apresentação na sala PPGEAS 02 (térreo), às 10h, sobre o projeto intitulado “Decentralised control of interconnected systems: An interpolation-based approach” (Sheila Scialanga and Konstantinos Ampountolas). Prof. Dr. Konstantinos Ampountolas is a Lecturer in Transport Engineering in the School of Engineering at the University of Glasgow, UK. Before to joining Glasgow, he was research fellow at École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne, Switzerland, visiting research scholar at the University of California, Berkeley, and post-doctoral researcher at the Centre for Research and Technology Hellas, Greece. His research interests include traffic flow modelling, simulation and control, and transport informatics. Dr Ampountolas serves on the Editorial Advisory Boards of Transportation Research Part C and Transportation Research Procedia. He is currently co-Investigator of the Urban Big Data Centre (http://ubdc.ac.uk) funded by the UK Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC).
